Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge services
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for guest requests
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Maintain clean and organized lobby areas
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Kansas driver's license (preferred)
