Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and guest requests are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
