Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and accurate reservation management.
- Perform thorough housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, maintenance, and concierge staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance checks.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
