Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) to manage bookings and guest profiles
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
