Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell room upgrades, dining packages, and local experiences
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or equivalent property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Mexico hospitality certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest satisfaction scores
