Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, payments, and room keys while maintaining accuracy.
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Reservations: Assist with making reservations and updating the property management system (PMS).
- Security: Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with hotel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
