Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms/public areas
- Operate hotel reservation systems and POS terminals
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Customer service mindset with positive attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
