Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently register guests, verify information, process payments, and issue room keys.
- Reception Duties: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to emails, and manage the front lobby area with poise.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Security Management: Monitor security cameras, control access to the building, and handle lost and found items.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, update reservation systems, and process daily reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
