Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately while managing a high volume of inquiries.
- Process payments, handle cash, and resolve guest complaints or issues with grace.
- Monitor building security and access control to ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and reservation systems.
