Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with grace, answering inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist in front desk operations, including check-outs, processing payments, and managing room assignments.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and common spaces to uphold our high standards of appearance.
- Problem Solving: Address guest needs promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software quickly.
