Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Monitor building security, manage visitor badges, and maintain access control logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to resolve facility issues and requests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
