Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts and reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide local recommendations
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates
- Assist with billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
