Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room allocations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute emergency response procedures per company protocols
- Upsell premium services and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multi-language skills (Spanish preferred)
- Valid Texas ID and clean background check
