Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately while taking detailed messages.
- Assist with light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
