Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security for all guests and staff.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve complex service issues with diplomacy.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and enhance brand reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
