Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and email with a focus on clarity, courtesy, and speed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the property management system (PMS) accurately.
- Address guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related customer service role is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
