Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the engineering department immediately.
- Organize and clean linen closets and housekeeping carts.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols throughout the hotel.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special guest requests as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
