Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for valet positions)
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and events
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food handler certification preferred
