Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions in strict accordance with company policies.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
