Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, transferring to appropriate departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
