Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, billing, and guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and concierge tools
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for valet coordination)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
