Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform cleaning duties for guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Assist with luggage handling and shuttle transportation for hotel guests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally using hotel management software.
- Ensure the lobby and public spaces are organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
