Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest relations to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all public areas and guest rooms.
- Train, supervise, and support hotel staff to maintain operational excellence and service quality.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing inventory for housekeeping and general operations.
- Enforce all safety, security, and emergency protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as standing for extended periods or lifting light items.
