Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation systems and room assignments using OPERA software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium services (spa packages, dining reservations)
- Maintain detailed logs for incident reporting and guest preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet parking duties)
- Ability to multitask during peak check-in periods
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
