Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm, personalized greeting and escorting them to their rooms efficiently.
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures with precision, ensuring all necessary documentation and payment methods are processed accurately.
- Responding to incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Maintaining a pristine and organized front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Resolving guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assisting in the coordination of special requests, such as room upgrades, wake-up calls, and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
