Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage daily reservations and handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Address guest complaints, requests, or issues promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and the main lobby at all times.
  • Assist with concierge services, including coordinating transportation and special guest requests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software (experience with PMS like Opera or Micros is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
