Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk phone system, and take accurate messages.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with mail delivery, package handling, and general facility maintenance.
- Process reservations and update guest information in the property management system.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – Full training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
