Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using our property management system.
- Concierge Support: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to enhance the guest stay.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, transferring messages to the appropriate department.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up for small events and ensuring guest comfort during functions.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
