Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and processing payments.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions promptly.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the hospitality industry is required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
