Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Manage the front desk console, including answering phones, processing reservations, and managing room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, welcoming demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence.
