Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration and paperwork is completed accurately and securely.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage high-volume front desk tasks including answering phones, processing payments, and managing reservations.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our luxury standards; perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Guest Relations: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown for weekend events and conferences in our event spaces.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
