Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Maintain pristine room standards and public spaces following brand protocols
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines in all operational areas
- Participate in inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
