Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive stay experience.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations, verify payment information, issue room keys, and ensure all billing details are accurate.
- Reservations: Assist with incoming reservation calls, manage room assignments, and optimize room occupancy rates.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols, monitor front desk activity, and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues immediately.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals and address any urgent cleaning requests.
- Front of House Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area, including the reception area, lobby, and public spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a polished appearance and professional attitude under pressure.
