Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and courtesy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions while adhering to strict accounting procedures.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
