Responsibilities

- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak operations
Qualifications
