Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Stock and replenish amenities with precision and efficiency
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Deliver personalized service exceeding guest expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards
