Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing when necessary.
Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the property easily.
