Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional, and memorable first impression to all visitors and clients upon arrival.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activities efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries with accuracy.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and respond to emails and walk-in requests promptly.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and service requests using property management software.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for all guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
