Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage hotel reservations and coordinate with the front desk team.
- Maintain the lobby, pool area, and restrooms to high standards of cleanliness.
- Serve breakfast buffet and assist with dining room service during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software.
