Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with hotel operations, including security monitoring and key management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems (POS, PMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.
