  • Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process daily reports, including guest folios, arrivals, and departures, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest requests are met in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts with grace and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Micros) is a plus.
