Responsibilities

- Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.

- Process payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to financial security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Utilize hotel management software to update reservations and guest profiles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
