Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure security and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
