As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel. We are looking for individuals who possess a natural warmth, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for service. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming phone calls and emails with clarity and efficiency, serving as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries.
- Reservation Support: Assist in managing room inventory and making reservation changes to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and special requests proactively, ensuring solutions are implemented to exceed expectations.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment that reflects the hotel's high standards of excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but we highly encourage entry-level candidates to apply.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn hotel property management systems.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
