Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out procedures and throughout guest stays
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist with event setup and guest services during hotel functions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
