Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Manage high-volume phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operations: Maintain the reception area to a pristine standard, ensuring all lobby amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments accurately, manage mail and package deliveries, and maintain guest files.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Delphi.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly valued.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
