Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying information, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
  • Guest Relations: Handle incoming phone calls and guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
