Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment transactions
- Oversee room status and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining service standards
- Operate PMS systems (e.g., Opera) and maintain accurate records
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with concierge and bell staff for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 2+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for airport runs)
