Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and concierge support
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures as per brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize guest experiences
- Participate in property inspections and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license if required for shuttle services
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
