Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately or take detailed messages.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
